I've not ever heard of a dye that does this before, but my partner's mum showed me the tube and instructions. Mixing different hair dye. Low pH or non-alcohol hair products are recommended. Avoid contact with eyes and do not use Manic Panic Color for eyebrows or eyelashes. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse out with warm water and contact a doctor.
