Unaware that Terry is lying, Mr. Miyagi and Daniel accept his apology and apologize for what happened to Kreese. When Daniel decides not to participate in the tournament, he goes to Cobra Kai to tell Terry he does not want to compete, only for Terry to reveal his true motives.
